I-个人简介：

蒋万胜，男，博士，教授，硕士/博士生导师。2007年本科毕业于西南林学院，2012年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获博士学位并留所工作，2017-2018年赴美国奥本大学公派访问学习，2019年10月吉首大学高层次人才引进。主持科研及横向课题20余项，包括国家基金面上项目、地区项目等，先后入选中国科学院青年创新促进会、湖南省芙蓉学者奖励计划(青年学者)、湖湘青年英才等人才计划，兼任IUCN中国淡水鱼类专家组成员、国际动物学会青年科学家小组成员、湖南省动物学会常务理事、张家界市政协委员等。已发表科研论文50余篇，其中以第一或通讯作者发表的SCI论文30余篇，参编中英文专著3部，获国家农业农村部认证水产新品种1个（排名第4）。前期关注人类活动引起的干旱对中国洞穴鱼类影响发表在Science上；对中国大鲵保护和研究经历被Nature杂志专栏报道。

目前主要立足武陵山区，以洞穴鱼类、大鲵等两栖类为主要研究对象，围绕野外生态调查及多样性演化格局——进化与生态适应的分子机制——种质资源保护与可持续利用这一主线开展创新性研究。欢迎对动物分子生态学感兴趣的同学报考课题组研究生，从宏观到微观的视角下，探索生命演化的奥秘！
