个人简介:
刘冰老师本科和硕士皆毕业于湖南农业大学,博士毕业于厦门大学。现为吉首大学生物资源与环境科学学院教师,硕士生导师。主要讲授课程为《微生物学》、《保护生物学》、《孢子植物学实验》和《神奇美丽的硅藻世界》等。主要从事硅藻分类和生态研究,研究区域集中在武陵山区、湖南四大水系和洞庭湖,也涉及到其它区域,比如青海湖等。从事硅藻研究这些年来,在国际主流学术杂志上和国内核心期刊上发表有关硅藻分类和生态的论文30多篇,发表硅藻肘杆藻属英文专著一部。刘冰老师是国内核心期刊的审稿专家和国际英文杂志的学术编辑。刘冰老师在中国硅藻多样性研究中成绩显著,已与合作者描述、命名和发表了采自中国的硅藻新种40多个,在世界范围内享有一定的影响。刘冰老师在研究硅藻之前,在苔藓植物方面做了一些研究。
