个人简介

博士生导师、湖南省“新世纪121人才工程”第二层人选、湖南省高校科技创新团队“(武陵山地区)特色生物种质资源保护与可持续利用研究”带头人、湖南省微生物学会常务理事、湖南省生态学会理事、植物资源保护与利用湖南省高校重点实验室第二届学术委员会委员、《吉首大学学报(自科版)》编委、国家公派留学访问学者(美国德州理工大学)、国际期刊IJSEM和Antonie van Leeuwenhoek等审稿专家;湖南省重点学科吉首大学生态学第二方向“微生物多样性与生态利用”带头人、湖南省青年骨干教师、湖南省级示范实验室基础生物实验室主任、吉首大学生物资源与环境科学学院微生物学和微生物生态学专职教师。1986年7月毕业于华中师范学院生物系,同年考入中国科学院武汉病毒研究所学习昆虫病毒学,于1989年7月获硕士学位,2003年9月至2007年12月,在云南大学微生物研究所学习微生物学,从事微生物资源与分子生态学研究,获博士学位。1989年7月至1997年7月,在湖北农学院农学系任专任教师。1997年7月调入吉首大学生物资源与环境科学学院任专任教师。2001年成为湖南省青年骨干教师,2005年起任吉首大学生态学硕士点微生物生态学方向导师,2006年起担任湖南省普通高校基础课示范实验室基础生物实验室主任,2011年入选湖南省121人才工程第二层次。

先后任教《农业微生物学》、《食品微生物学》、《畜牧微生物学》、《普通微生物学》、《微生物遗传与育种学》、《微生物生态学》、《高级微生物学》等课程,并承担生态学专业微生物生态学方向和生物学微生物方向硕士研究生指导工作。主持湖南省普通高校基础课示范实验室“基础生物实验室”的建设工作,该室与2009年通过湖南省教育厅合格验收。作为副主编参编二十一世纪规划教材《微生物学》。

一直从事微生物资源与生态方面的科学研究,近年来主要从事盐湖、盐矿和海洋等盐环境,以及污染环境、动植物内生环境和酒鬼酒酿造微生物的原核微生物多样性和分类学工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(31460004,30970007,),参与国家自然科学基金项目3项(31660003,30460004,30460022),参与国家基础研究973项目1项(2010CB833800)。前后在国际国内发表高水平论文60余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇。多次为国际微生物学刊物《International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology》、《Antonie van Leeuwenhoek Journal of General and Molecular Microbiology》、《African Journal of Microbiology Research》和《Folia Microbiologic》审稿。主持的“分离自盐环境和非盐环境的嗜盐和耐盐细菌的系统分类学研究”获得2016年度湖南省自然科学三等奖。
